Jenna Slotin

Jenna joined IPI in April 2007 as a Program Officer working on statebuilding and peacebuilding. Her research interests include state fragility, postconflict reconstruction, and the challenges of international assistance in these contexts.

Prior to IPI, Jenna spent two years with UNDP in Kosovo working on local governance and inter-agency coordination as the Special Assistant to the Resident Coordinator. She has also consulted for the UN Development Group Office in their Crisis and Post-Conflict Cluster as well as for UNICEF. She was involved in a review of peacebuilding capacity across the UN system conducted jointly by IPI and the Executive Office of the Secretary-General.

Jenna holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University with a concentration in international security policy and a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Toronto.
